We are home!

We made it! It was long and exhausting...we woke up at 6am Dublin time and went to bed at 7am Dubin time the next day. So 25 hours worth of travelling. Of course it was worth it since we have a lifetime of memories.

Things we will miss from our trip:
-Itallian coffee
-watching the World Cup in Europe
-seeing something beautiful, historically awesome, or just down right neat around every corner
-Italian bacon
-breakfast made for us every morning
-places where Guinness was cheaper than Budweiser
-gelato
-weather in the 60s and 70s
-Traditional full Irish breakfast
-Our places: Stefano's deli, O'Neills Pub, and Muskery Arms Pub
-Being able to watch a game or play darts without the staff hurring you out if you haven't ordered enough
-neat, old streets
-being able to walk wherever you want to go
-waking up and knowing you have another awesome day of sightseeing in front of you
-French croissant (nice and crispy!)
-references to Quiet Man (that one's for you Chrissy!)

Things we will NOT miss from our trip:
-never knowing what you are going to get when you walk into a bathroom
-annoying street vendors (especially those that stuck flowers in your hand and then tried to charge you for it)
-wondering what clothes were clean enough to wear the next day
-keyboards that have symbols in different places
-cars driving fast speeds at you on the "wrong" side of the street
-midges (or European bugs as Chrissy would say)

Things that make us excited to be home:
-Our own bathroom!
-The two best dogs in the whole world!
-Snuggling up on the couch with popcorn and watching So You Think You Can Dance
-Seeing everybody back home!
-100+ degree weather...no, just seeing if you were paying attention

Check back a little later because we will be trying to add more photos and hopefully video as well!
